Filomena is a design-focused brand offering home décor, lighting, and other products created using modern manufacturing and 3D printing technologies.

Filomena operates from Florida, United States.

Because many Filomena products are created using 3D printing technology, minor variations, layer characteristics, subtle surface differences, and other characteristics associated with the manufacturing process may occur.

These characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product images are intended to represent the general appearance and design of the product. Decorative items, furniture, accessories, bulbs, or other objects shown in product photographs may not be included unless specifically stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other website content at any time.

Some products may be produced after an order is placed. Production times may vary based on product complexity, material availability, order volume, equipment availability, and other operational factors.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase or discontinue products at any time.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Filomena reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Product availability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Incorrect customer or payment information

• Unusual or potentially abusive ordering activity

• Other circumstances where we are unable to fulfill the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled items.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not generally affect orders that have already been accepted and processed, except where correction of a clear pricing error is necessary.

Payment must be authorized and successfully processed before an order can be completed.

7. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Many Filomena products may be produced after an order is placed.

Please allow up to three (3) weeks for order processing, production, preparation, and fulfillment before your order is shipped.

This fulfillment period does not include shipping transit time.

While we make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to order volume, material availability, production issues, shipping disruptions, or other circumstances.

If we are unable to ship your order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will communicate with you regarding the delay and available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

Filomena currently ships only within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 or more, subject to the terms presented at checkout. Shipping charges for other orders will be displayed during checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Filomena offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to the requirements and exclusions described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Standard products that are produced or made to order may be eligible for return, provided they meet the applicable return requirements.

Customized, personalized, or specially modified products may have different return eligibility requirements.

9. Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because some products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once production has begun.

If an order cannot be canceled or modified because production or fulfillment has already progressed, the customer may still have any applicable rights under our Shipping & Returns Policy or applicable law.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing an order.

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Filomena is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.
